Amazing! Mark and the team are wonderful - skilled, caring, and reasonably priced. After many months of issues and trips to two other garages, Mark gave a thorough analysis of the issues with our Adblue system, made the fixes necessary and got us back on the road.

He took the time to talk me through the options and get the best price. He even took initiative to give my son, (who had become anxious about going in the car because we broke down on the motorway and had to evacuate the smoking car) a colouring book.

Will definitely be visiting again, and using them for MOT and services.

Have been using K & M for several years now, always great customer service, always first class work carried out and always good value.

What really makes them my 'go to ' garage is the after sales service and advice that you can get before leaving.

The team at K&M are lovely. I wanted someone trustworthy to service my golf, using the correct oil. Being recognised and certified by Castrol, was a big tick in my book.

The cup of tea and chocolates were awesome. Nothing was too much trouble, even rebalancing the front tyres as I think a weight had fallen off, causing a wobble on the motorway.

I have used K&M several times over the last three years for servicing, MOT and today they helped me out of an urgent situation regarding my car misfiring.
Although they were extremely busy, they found time to diagnose and remedy the issue. Mark rang with a clear explanation of the issues, the work they would carry out and the cost.
Communication and customer service is beyond excellent and prices very reasonable.
Would recommend over and over.

I initially booked my van in to have a puncture repaired. They were very friendly and professional so I decided to use them for a service and MOT. Once again I was very impressed. It's nice to find a garage that you can trust.
